1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Your usage must not exceed 10% of your total subscription credits.
• Refunds are issued proportionally — the value of any used credits will be deducted.
• Processing fees (approximately 5%) will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Subscription Renewal Refunds

For automatic subscription renewals:

• A full refund is available if no credits were used during the renewed billing period.
• The request must be made within 7 days of the automatic renewal date.
• Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund processing.

3. Credit Package Refunds

Partial refunds for credit packages are available if:

• Less than 50% of the purchased credits have been used.
• The refund is calculated based on unused credits, minus processing fees.
• The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
• Only the value of unused credits will be refunded.

4. Subscription Plan Changes

If you accidentally purchased an annual subscription:

• We can convert your annual plan to a monthly plan.
• One month's subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Processing fees on any transaction
• Credit packages where 50% or more of credits have been used
• Subscription time that has already passed
• Subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund window
• Subscriptions where 10% or more of credits have been used
• Renewed subscriptions where credits have been used
• Credit packages purchased more than 30 days ago

2. The reason for your refund request

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
